OFRENDAS A YEMANJA ("GIFTS TO YEMANJA")

While creating this line of jewelry I would transport myself to the deep green blue waters of the Atlantic sea. Each night, in this fishermen's town illuminated only by a single lonely street-light, we used to moonlight or flashlight our way to the seashore and into the town.

​

One February 2nd, by the seaside in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay, I had a fantastic and incomparable experience. After the sunset an in the utmost darkness of the night, while immersing our bodies in an incredible ocean filled with shimmering micro-organisms, we made an offering of fruits and flowers and invoked Yemanja, the Goddess of the Sea. And I asked for peace, love, health and metal clarity for all the people dear to me.

In this picture I present you an image of Yemanja. We took this photograph in the beach of Jose Ignacio, in a magical afternoon with my friend of vida y alma: Lojes.

​

The town of Jose Ignacio is where I spent the best summers of my life. There is where I learned to appreciate nature and the simple things of life, as well as to love the people that inhabits this place.

​

This place of light and purity gave me memories and lessons that will never depart my soul and mind. Thank you Jose Ignacio for the encounters with beings that completely changed my life.
